1(1) In order to register every boat to be registered as per Section 7 of the Act, the owner of such boat shall apply to the office in the format as per Schedule-10.
(2) In order to register a boat as per sub-rule (1), fifty rupees must be submitted along with the application.
(3) If the registrar examines the application made as per sub-rule (1) and deems it suitable for registration, the registrar will register the boat in the boat registration book in the format as per schedule-11 and issue a certificate in the format as per schedule-12.
